I. Peter Galli born about 1490 was possibly a French Huguenot. It is believed he came to Eggiwil Switzerland as a young man. Peter was married about 1515 in Lutzelfluh, Canton Bern, Switzerland but his wife's name is not known. Peter died in Eggiwil after 1518. Children: Ulrich Galli born about 1518
II. Ulrich Galli (son of Peter) was born about 1518 in Eggiwil, Canton Bern, Switzerland. He married in about 1545 in Lutzelfluh, Canton Bern Switzerland to wife who is not known. Both of them died in Eggiwil. They lived in the Emmen River Valley or formally known as Das Emmental. Children: Ulrich II born about 1555
III Ulrich Galli II (Ulrich, Peter) born about 1555 in Eggiwil, Switzerland In 1586 Ulrich married Madlena Zurflue born about 1560 in Eggiwil. Elsbeth died before 1672 and Hans remarried on 05 Feb. 1675 to Anna Aeschliman b.11 Dec. 1650 in Ruegsau/Worb, Canton Bern, Switzerland. VII. Peter Galli/ Galle ( Hans, Peter, Ulrich III, Ulrich II, Ulrich, Peter) b. 09 May 1664 in Eggiwil, Canton Bern, Switzerland. Peter died in about 1740 in Uffhofen, Rhenish Hesse, Palatanate, Germany. Peter changes the spelling of his name when he moves to Germany because of their pronunciation of the word.
